These artworks were created in empathy with those who struggle with cancer, while also rooted in my personal experience. At times, words prove insufficient to convey such profound realities; silence itself becomes part of the narrative. I have regarded it as an event that may strike anyone. To fill this silence, I have drawn upon familiar and deeply rooted elements of Iranian culture—symbols that speak of memory, resilience, and the intrinsic value of human life. Through them, I have not only sought to represent suffering, but also to honor human existence, reminding us that every life carries infinite worth.
